Senior Software Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking talented engineers to join our small, customer-focused development teams. You will work on a variety of projects, including back-end micro-services primarily using Java 8 with RESTful APIs and the Dropwizard framework, leveraging Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop for data processing. Front-end development involves complex single-page applications using JavaScript (React, ECMAScript 6, Sass). Core Data, Infrastructure, & Reliability teams build systems powering thousands of services with Singularity on Apache Mesos, and enable access to massive datasets with HBase, Elastic Search, ZooKeeper, Redis, MySQL, and Memcached. Contributing to our open-source projects is a plus. Our applications are developed by small, autonomous, cross-functional teams where members set goals, timelines, build software, participate in user testing, and share on-call responsibilities. We hire talented individuals at all seniority levels and help them find roles that best suit their skills.
Requirements
- Experience with Java 8.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Dropwizard framework.
