  • Experience with sovereign cloud or large-scale cloud deployment readiness.
  • Experience with Azure Data Explorer and large-scale analytical systems.
  • Experience applying AI, agents, or agentic workflows to engineering automation and developer productivity.
  • Experience building platforms or developer tooling used by multiple teams or organizations.
  • Experience building production software with C# or comparable modern programming languages.
  • Experience designing and operating distributed systems and cloud services.
  • Experience with Azure or comparable cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with large-scale data, telemetry, monitoring, or operational systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous technical problems and drive solutions from design through implementation.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating and influencing across team and organizational boundaries.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing technical leadership to a team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate secure, reliable distributed systems and engineering platforms at Microsoft scale.
  • Develop tooling and automation that improve sovereign cloud readiness, security, compliance, and developer productivity.
  • Apply AI-first engineering practices, including agentic workflows and reusable agentic skills, to automate complex engineering processes.
  • Build data-driven solutions that turn engineering and operational signals into actionable insights.
  • Develop solutions using technologies such as C#, Azure, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure monitoring and alerting technologies.
  • Partner across organizations to understand engineering challenges, influence technical direction, and drive adoption of scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical strategy while remaining hands-on in implementation and operation.
