Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-native or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of modern software design principles and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to deliver complex solutions and own them end-to-end in production environments.
Experience working with distributed multi-tenant systems.
Experience raising engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and incident response.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience building full-stack systems at scale using React and .NET.
