About The Position

Radformation is transforming the way cancer clinics deliver care. Our innovative software automates and standardizes radiation oncology workflows, enabling clinicians to plan and deliver treatments faster, safer, and more consistently, so patients everywhere can receive the same high-quality care. Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live. In this role you will help advance the development of our ChartCheck application, improving the safety, efficiency, and quality of cancer treatment planning workflows for clinics around the world. You will work closely with fully remote engineering teams to design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend systems while contributing to new product development initiatives for cancer centers. Your software development and leadership skills will play an integral role in shaping scalable and impactful solutions for radiation oncology clinics.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience, MS preferred
  • Deep programming expertise in a high-level programming language such as C#, C++, or Java
  • Full stack development experience across frontend and backend web and cloud systems
  • Database experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
  • Strong application programming skills in C# and JavaScript

Nice To Haves

  • WPF / C#.NET experience
  • Experience with C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lit (or equivalent frameworks)
  • Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM
  • Experience working within HIPAA and medical device software development environments
  • Cybersecurity and software risk management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack functionality for the ChartCheck application across frontend and backend systems
  • Design and implement scalable web and cloud-based software solutions using C# and JavaScript technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software products for cancer treatment centers
  • Participate in thoughtful code reviews and contribute to maintaining high software quality standards
  • Track and manage development work clearly and independently through tickets and project workflows
  • Support teammates through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship
  • Contribute to secure and compliant software development practices within healthcare environments
