Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience as Software Engineer, or related occupation.
- Will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience as Software Engineer, or related occupation.
- At least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following: Web applications development experience utilizing HTML, CSS, and ES6; Designing, implementing and consuming REST APIs in at least one of the following modern programming languages: Java, C++, Python, Ruby, Node.js or Go; JavaScript MVC toolkit in a Single Page Architecture: Angular, Dojo, React, Vue, or Backbone; Working with and providing mentorship to geographically distributed teams; Delivering performant, scalable and maintainable user interfaces and API’s to support customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality web applications and back-end services.
- Add new functionality to existing systems, while constantly working to improve usability, quality, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with UX designers, product management and end-users to create exceptional user experience.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and support to team members and existing products.
- Deliver constant value feedback to the business in a highly agile team approaching continuous deployment.
