We're looking for senior engineers who want ownership, technical depth, and problems worth solving. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Portfolio Implementation Technology team, you'll design, build, and support the systems that implement investment decisions. You will work collaboratively with a strong team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing durable and impactful software solutions with exposure to AI-driven agentic engineering practices
  • Comfortable with SDLC tools such as issue tracking (JIRA / Linear), source code management (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), IDEs (VS Code / IntelliJ / Eclipse), AI tools (Claude Code / GitHub Copilot), Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Languages (Java / Python / TypeScript), and databases (Oracle / MySQL)
  • Excellent communication and commitment to working independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A mindset to be a dependable steward of a business-critical platform, while embracing continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software components and applications across the full stack — web, mobile, desktop, and platform-level services
  • Influence architecture and drive technical decisions across the team, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health
  • Partner with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to turn business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and test plans
  • Support the full delivery lifecycle: design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and production support
