As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join an innovative team dedicated to building high-performance, scalable software solutions that improve health outcomes and streamline operations. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain critical software systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product management, and architectural leads. You will leverage modern technologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality, resilient technology solutions that support our global enterprise vision. Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more modern object-oriented or functional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or Go)
- 3+ years of experience designing and interacting with relational or non-relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB)
- 3+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
- 2+ years of experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software applications and microservices using modern enterprise technology stacks
- Collaborate with software architects, product managers, and engineering peers to translate functional business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following enterprise engineering standards and design principles
- Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning to enforce quality standards and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks, system defects, and production issues to ensure high availability and stability
- Drive automated testing practices and support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
