About The Position

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of products and systems on a lean, AI-native engineering team. Engineers own projects from technical blueprint through full-stack implementation and work directly with customers. The role collaborates across functions to shape product architecture and the technical roadmap, raises technical quality through blueprint feedback and code review, and turns customer feedback into shipped product. The codebase is TypeScript and spans React and React Native interfaces as well as Node and Express services. The company is a Series B vertical software company rebuilding HR, finance, and operations systems for construction and field services contractors with AI and embedded payments. It launched in 2021, serves thousands of customers, has tens of millions in ARR, and has raised more than $50M. The team includes many former founders and values growth potential.

Requirements

Four to nine years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on complex products.
Already hold a Senior title.
Recent or current experience at a high-growth startup (Series A to D) with a strong engineering bar.
Strong fundamentals across frontend UIs, backend APIs, and modular infrastructure and services.
Expertise in data modeling and API development.
Product and user orientation, a founder's mindset, and strong written communication.
Must not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of products and systems end to end.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and the technical roadmap.
Provide detailed feedback on technical blueprints and conduct code reviews to raise technical quality.
Work across the TypeScript stack, including React and React Native applications and Node and Express services.
Build direct relationships with customers and translate their feedback into shipped product.
