About The Position

TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a State client and administer, manage, maintain, and develop multiple enterprise applications for the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD). The role includes application servers and middleware, SharePoint, SQL Server database systems, cybersecurity, integrations, and documentation. The position is associated with a proposal effort expected to be awarded by the end of November 2026. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the City of New Orleans. Resumes are due to TriTech by November 13, 2026, at noon.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 minutes of the City of New Orleans.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage, maintain, and develop NOPD enterprise applications, including Mark43 RMS, CASTNet, Juvenile Booking, EPR/FIC, and IAPro/BlueTeam.
• Manage and maintain middleware for NOPD application servers, including configuration, security, and performance tuning.
• Administer, manage, and maintain NOPD’s internal enterprise SharePoint environment.
• Manage and maintain NOPD SQL Server database systems, including complex jobs, data and server optimization, and data security.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including compliance with CJIS standards and audits.
• Interface with NOPD vendors and internal stakeholders regarding system integrations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Develop and maintain system and application documentation.
