About The Position
Our Software Engineers are people with a passion for bringing order to chaos. You will have a lot of hardcore programming chops but mostly you have great instincts and a knack for understanding what customers really want when they talk about their requirements. You are a person that will take chances and build without fear. You have experience leading teams, and designing and developing complex solutions. Requirements
- 10+ years of intermediate experience in Software Engineering
- Python and C++ programming skills
- Ability to independently develop creative solutions to complex software engineering problems
- US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.

- Database experience (Postgres)
- Experience with government messaging protocols such as OMS
- Agile and CI/CD
- Full-Stack Development
- Exposure to AFSIM
- Advanced degree in a STEM field
- Top Secret with current SCI access
- Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Create custom applications and plugins that enable advanced MS&A analysis for our customers, including verification and validation support, visualization, data storage and manipulation, and more.
- Understand our customers’ missions and their capabilities.
- See a problem and jump in to solve it.
- Excel as a member in a fast-paced team focused environment.
- Interact with customers and respond to agile requirements.
- Tackle hard problems through the understanding and mastery of systems and systems-of-systems.
- Design and implement software architectures.
- Integrate and interact between databases and software applications.
