About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise serving the defense and intelligence community. The position is the principal authority for enterprise software architecture, development standards, application modernization, and secure software delivery across complex environments. It combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in application development, including test-driven development.
- 10 or more years of experience with Python.
- 10 or more years of experience across the software development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test applications while establishing architectural frameworks.
- Develop best practices and create modernization strategies.
