As a Senior / Principal Software Engineer, you will architect, build, and optimize low-latency, highly reliable C++ applications and interfaces that power our core product platforms.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in high-performance or low-level systems (15+ years preferred).
• Expert-level mastery of Modern C++ (C++17 or later) and Python (3.10+).
• Deep experience with Linux systems programming, Linux networking, Git, and CMake.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Embedded Linux development or kernel-level debugging.
• Parallel computing architectures (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL).
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, ZeroMQ, Wireshark, MATLAB, or Julia.
• Exposure to Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Cryptography, or Forward Error Correction.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance C++ applications and interfaces optimized for ARM and x86 platforms.
• Profile, debug, and enhance legacy and modern C++ implementations for maximum execution efficiency and low latency.
• Partner closely with DSP, FPGA, Hardware, and Product teams to transition theoretical algorithms into real-time production software.
• Design shared engineering frameworks, developer tooling, and modern CI/CD architecture to elevate technical standards across the engineering org.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers while expanding your own technical depth across cryptographic and DSP domains.
