About The Position

Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a priority program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience building and testing software components in an Agile environment, producing clear technical documentation, and ensuring high-quality code. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java, C++, or Python, works comfortably with Git, SQL, Postgres, AWS, and collaborates effectively using Jira and Confluence. This is a hybrid TELEWORK position, with up to 16 hours of telework per week.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus Fourteen (14) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes.
• Eighteen (18) years total of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with the following software development skills: Git
• Experience with the following software development skills: Java, C++, Python
• Experience with the following software development skills: Relational database, such as Postgres
• Experience with the following software development skills: SQL
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
