About The Position

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience
Experience working in regulated environments
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
Experience developing and maintaining complex systems
Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with regulatory standards and frameworks
Experience with requirements management and traceability
Knowledge of software design documentation practices
Experience with risk and verification planning
Experience supporting audits or regulatory submissions
Prior experience mentoring or guiding engineering teams

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support software features across integrated systems
Translate system functionality into clear, testable software requirements
Maintain and contribute to software design documentation
Support verification efforts including planning and traceability
Participate in risk management activities such as hazard analysis and FMEA
Ensure alignment between requirements, implementation, and validation
Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness
Identify documentation gaps and implement process improvements
Guide team members on best practices for requirements and compliance documentation
Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues
