Requirements

Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
12 years of experience in software development
Experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems, including prompt engineering and model optimization
Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools
Strong Python development experience
Experience with data parsing and manipulation
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Experience conducting open-source research
Familiarity with Git
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible). Applicants selected will be able to obtain / maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that leverage autonomous planning and tool use to streamline operations and improve system efficiency
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python
Conduct vulnerability analysis and research
Develop and document technical tradecraft
Execute customer requests and deliver mission solutions
Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide support
