The team emphasizes expertise in platform design, product strategy, and generative artificial intelligence, fostering a delivery-focused environment that supports innovation and excellence across the platform experience. Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and software engineering drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in software engineering with strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Experience delivering scoped features and models through collaborative teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Skilled in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
  • Ability to conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Strong technical acumen in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with business objectives.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and driving engineering excellence through innovation and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence using internal and external APIs.
  • Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure software standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measure solution impact.
  • Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to best practices and innovation initiatives.
