About The Position

Revin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build production systems behind AI agents that handle SMS, voice, and email conversations for enterprise home-services operators. The role focuses on preventing costly agent errors, such as booking outside business hours, dispatching to the wrong ZIP code, or promising services a business does not offer. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role spanning a Python/FastAPI backend, a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard, and LangGraph workflows that drive agent behavior. The engineer will work directly with product, design, and leadership, ship production software, and influence the platform’s direction. The position is full-time and on-site at Revin’s New York City office five days per week.

Requirements

4–10 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a startup, high-velocity SaaS company, or AI-driven company.
Production experience shipping LLM-powered features used by real customers, rather than only prototypes or internal tools.
Fluency in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js, React Query).
Comfort working in multi-tenant production systems, including RLS, account-scoped queries, and JWT-based access.
Experience debugging APIs, tracing distributed issues, and working with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines.
Ability to learn continuously and operate in ambiguity by shipping, learning, and adapting.
Customer-focused approach and interest in staying close to the people using the product.

Nice To Haves

Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks.
Real-time voice or audio experience, such as LiveKit, Daily.co, or Twilio Voice.
Experience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Helicone.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations for enterprise operators.
Ship features end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment with account-scoped queries, RLS, and JWT-based access.
Build evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions before they reach customers.
Integrate with real-world CRM systems, including Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, and AccuLynx.
Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime.
Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email.
