Senior Software Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team of developers who are focused on improving the experience for doctors and patients. Our platform, which utilizes a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end, assists clients with managing appointments, tracking drug inventory, sending reminders, and processing insurance claims. We are committed to scaling our operations on AWS and value hiring trustworthy individuals. Upon merging code, it is immediately deployed to production, and engineers are empowered to solve problems and enhance our engineering practices. This role is part of a 20-person engineering organization structured into three feature teams, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Requirements
- 6-15+ years of experience in software development
- 8+ years in either Ruby, Python, Java, or Javascript
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reside within 1 hour driving distance of our Austin office
