About The Position

Wellington Management is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Investor Modeling team and apply technical skills to make investment processes more effective. The engineer will also help integrate AI-assisted development practices and emerging technologies into investor-facing workflows and tools. The position combines hands-on full-stack delivery with architectural leadership. The successful candidate will shape architecture, standardize libraries and frameworks, and raise the technical bar for engineers working in the Python and dashboard space. The role involves collaborating with technology and investment professionals to solve data-driven challenges, operating with minimal oversight, and mentoring colleagues. Wellington Management offers a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work environment. Employees work from the office four days a week and may work remotely one day a week.
