About The Position

At Capgemini, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business value and enhance client experiences. You will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET technologies, and React with TypeScript to design, develop, and support modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, mobile application support using .NET MAUI, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in: C# .NET Framework / .NET Core Entity Framework SQL Server
• Strong proficiency in React with TypeScript for modern web application development.
• Experience developing and supporting .NET MAUI mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage integration challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to application architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework/Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Develop and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build, support, and maintain .NET MAUI mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
