About The Position

This role is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in testing. The position requires a strong background in software test and automated test development, with a focus on Python scripting and integration with lab and hardware-in-the-loop systems. The engineer will be responsible for writing automated tests, ensuring requirements-based testing and traceability, and potentially working with digital simulation environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. The role is primarily onsite with some travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software test/automated software test
• Script Writing (Python)
• Familiarity writing automated tests
• Test automation using Python and scripting tools
• Lab and hardware-in-the-loop integration
• Ability to work onsite 100%
• Ability to travel 10%

• Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Proficient in Python development
• Requirements-based testing and traceability
