About The Position
Build, integrate, and optimize the Mechatronic Abstraction Interface. Responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned product, including requirements, system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the software modules. Participate in the design of a best-in-class in-vehicle Abstracted Mechatronic Platform for GM new electronic architecture. Follow software development process and ensure that the designed solutions conform to architectural requirements such as scalability, maintainability, reliability, extensibility, usability and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Consultant, or related occupation OR Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study and Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Consultant, or related occupation
- One (1) year of experience with: Automotive control systems with RTOS platforms
- One (1) year of experience with: Programming and debugging complex code base in C, C++
- One (1) year of experience with: Scripting languages including shell and Python
- One (1) year of experience with: Automotive serial communication CAN/ LIN protocols
- One (1) year of experience with: AutoSAR and Adaptive AutoSAR developments
- One (1) year of experience with: Service-oriented communication protocols including SOME/IP, DDS, and REST
- One (1) year of experience with: Scrum/Agile software development process and SCM tools.
