The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support key business initiatives while helping drive innovation across our CRM ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
- 6+ years of experience working with web services and integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience with Copado, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, Marketo, SQL, Oracle, Education Cloud, and integration middleware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and related web technologies.
- Design, build, test, and support Salesforce integrations with third-party products and legacy systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across highly available 24/7 systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, functional software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development practices, including planning, estimation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members while promoting engineering best practices.
