As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support key business initiatives while helping drive innovation across our CRM ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
  • 6+ years of experience working with web services and integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
  • Experience with Copado, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Marketo, SQL, Oracle, Education Cloud, and integration middleware.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and related web technologies.
  • Design, build, test, and support Salesforce integrations with third-party products and legacy systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across highly available 24/7 systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, functional software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development practices, including planning, estimation, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members while promoting engineering best practices.
