About The Position

The primary focus is to help organizations design, develop, and optimize their data infrastructure and systems. They help organizations enhance data processes, and leverage data effectively to drive business outcomes. For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $103330 to $128656 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on delivery experience for Python
  • Prompt engineering both prod prompts and coding agent prompts
  • Ensure Open Telemetry tracing and structured log discipline
  • Own deployment of their own service using OpenShift, Helm, GitOps
  • Implement security hygiene including secret handling, mTLS, and audit trail emission
  • Design and implement PII masking
  • Develop and optimize data infrastructure and systems
  • Enhance data processes
  • Leverage data effectively to drive business outcomes
