For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $56186 to $87556 for a full-time position. Responsibilities

SWE hands-on delivery experience for Python.
Prompt engineering - both prod prompts and coding-agent prompts (Devin/Claude/Copilot/Codex)
Open Telemetry tracing + structured log discipline - every service emits the same trace shape
OpenShift + Helm + GitOps - every engineer owns deployment of their own service
Security hygiene - secret handling, mTLS, audit-trail emission, no PII in logs
