About The Position

The Product Cybersecurity PKI & Key Mgmt Security Services team generates, distributes, stores, and manages the lifecycle for cryptographic keys in the vehicle product ecosystem. This includes developing and maintaining in-house APIs and web services to provide confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity protection for various use cases and features in the product ecosystem. The team is directly engaged with the entire end-to-end solution for Vehicle Products and ecosystem, providing key management, PKI certificate lifecycle management, and relative security services that support everything from ECU manufacturing to customer-facing features. In addition to managing the product ecosystem cryptographic keys, the team develops and maintains various security API services built on the foundation and usage of cryptographic keys – including vehicle secure messaging from cloud, software signing, UDS diagnostics, EV charging, and more. Our infrastructure includes cloud and on-premises servers and hardware security modules (HSM) running our services and powering our product PKI.

Requirements

• Experience with PKI and key management.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs and web services.
• Understanding of cryptographic keys and their lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security services supporting vehicle products and ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises server infrastructure.
• Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute, store, and manage the lifecycle for cryptographic keys in the vehicle product ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain in-house APIs and web services for confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity protection.
• Provide key management, PKI certificate lifecycle management, and security services for vehicle products and the ecosystem.
• Support processes from ECU manufacturing to customer-facing features.
• Develop and maintain security API services utilizing cryptographic keys.
• Support use cases such as vehicle secure messaging from cloud, software signing, UDS diagnostics, and EV charging.
• Manage infrastructure including cloud and on-premises servers and hardware security modules (HSM).
