About The Position

ICF is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves the development and maintenance of backend APIs that support a significant program with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The position is located in the United States and requires adherence to ICF's work location monitoring policies. Core work hours are 10 am - 4 pm Eastern Time, with potential for earlier client meetings. Occasional travel for collaboration may be required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of professional software development experience
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years

Nice To Haves

Federal Government contracting work experience
Prior experience in consulting or healthcare highly preferred
Good leadership and team-working skills
Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business
