Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Dashlane is seeking a highly talented engineer to join their Server Platform team. The role involves building and maintaining highly reliable server applications and APIs that are utilized by millions of clients worldwide. The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in building and deploying such applications, with a proven track record of keeping them operational 24/7. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, paired with other engineers and working closely with product and project managers. Additionally, the role involves participating in cross-team initiatives to enhance the efficiency and happiness of the Dashlane team.

• Participate in building and maintaining highly reliable server applications and APIs
• Build, deploy, and keep applications up 24x7
• Pair with other engineers and collaborate with product managers, project managers, and quality engineering teams
• Learn and share knowledge with co-workers
• Propose and participate in cross-team initiatives for improving efficiency and happiness of Dashlaners
• Have 6+ years of experience in developing backend applications
• Have 4+ years of experience in designing SQL tables, choosing indexes, and tuning queries
• Have technical leadership experience in designing and delivering complex backend solutions
• Provide strong mentorship

• 6+ years of working experience in developing backend applications used by thousands or millions
• 4+ years of experience designing SQL tables, choosing indexes, tuning queries
