We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java backend development, and modern frontend web technologies to serve as a technical lead for our team. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who can go beyond implementing individual features and take ownership of technical design, architecture, development quality, and delivery across complex web applications. The successful candidate will be a trusted technical resource for the team, helping establish strong engineering practices, mentor other developers, solve complex technical problems, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and delivered with high quality. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing an architecture, reviewing code, troubleshooting a production issue, or jumping into the code to solve a difficult problem. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will become a trusted technical leader within the team—someone developers turn to when they need help solving a difficult problem, evaluating an architecture, reviewing an implementation, or troubleshooting a complex issue.
