Senior Software Engineer

You will be part of a cross-functional agile engineering team responsible for building, deploying, and supporting digital products. Your role will involve designing, refining, and developing products from concept to implementation, as well as creating a best-in-class product and experience for customers. You will collaborate with various teams, mentor engineers, and ensure the performance and security of applications. Additionally, you will continuously improve code quality, product execution, automation, and customer satisfaction.

• Working with engineering+product owners to design, refine and develop the product, from concept to implementation.
• Main contributor in creating best in-class product & experience for our customers by designing, building, scaling, and evolving our platforms, services, and tools.
• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across cross functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.
• Mentor a team of highly talented and motivated engineers.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications built.
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, automatization and customer delight.

• At least 10+ years of experience
• Strong experience in designing, refining, and developing products from concept to implementation
• Ability to create best-in-class products and experiences for customers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience mentoring and leading a team of engineers
• Strong knowledge of performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
