About the position
The job overview for this role is that DKatalis is seeking a UX Writer who will be responsible for maintaining the tone and consistency of language across various platforms. The UX Writer will collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product teams to create content in English and Indonesian for UI, website, FAQs, and other channels. They will work within the Product Design Chapter to ensure a seamless user experience throughout app development, and will also be required to work closely with developers in a squad setting. The ideal candidate should be able to handle large amounts of content in a scalable and systematic manner, and create user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be the guardian of tone and manner and ensure consistency of words across all platforms
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product people to craft languages in English and Indonesian for various channels including UI, website contents, FAQs, etc.
- Work with developers to create seamless communication during product development
- Handle large amounts of content in a scalable and systematic manner
- Create user-centered solutions by considering user needs and preferences
Requirements
- Able to work in a squad and engage directly with developers
- Experience in creating seamless communication when developing a product
- Ability to work in a scalable and systematic manner
- Proficient in creating user-centered solutions
- Strong command of English and Indonesian languages
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product people
- Familiarity with UI, website contents, and FAQs
- Experience in overseeing the experience and design throughout app development
