About The Position
We’re looking for a talented Senior Software Development Engineer who doesn’t shy away from complex engineering problems and wants to drive innovation in payroll and HR tech. You'll play a critical role in designing scalable systems, delivering reliable services, and contributing to architectural decisions across the full stack. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET Core)
- Strong experience in scalable API design, microservices, and server-side architecture
- Proven ability to deploy and manage infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
- A passion for writing clean, testable code and delivering maintainable systems
- Familiarity with service observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor others

- Understand Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and apply it in complex business environments
- Proactive about suggesting new technologies or tools to solve business problems

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end full stack development for features that meet scalability, maintainability, and performance expectations
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in IaC and DevOps tooling
- Monitor service reliability, performance, and availability against SLA standards
- Design component-level architecture and ensure alignment with system-wide goals and standards
