Position Summary The Senior Software Development Engineer will lead the design, delivery, and execution of strategic technology initiatives supporting the HCB SAP S/4 transformation program. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers, solution architects, and vendor partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality integration, data, and application solutions across SAP S/4 and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, program delivery experience, and expertise in large-scale ERP transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore delivery teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or modernization programs.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, DataSphere, and related SAP ecosystem tools.
- Experience in finance, healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle financial systems, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale data migration initiatives.
- Experience driving organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
