Senior Software Development Engineer

Position Summary We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on engineer who operates as a champion across five disciplines: Site Reliability Engineering, System Administration, Monitoring and Observability, CI/CD Automation, and Security. This person will be embedded in the DevSecOps and SRE team and is expected to own outcomes end to end across hybrid environments (on premises and Azure/GCP). This is not a beginner level role. We need someone who has already done this at scale and can hit the ground running.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of combined experience across DevSecOps, SRE, and release engineering in an enterprise environment
- Proven hands-on experience with Enterprise CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP security services and on premises controls
- Proven hands-on experience with Observability platforms (Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar)
- Proven hands-on experience with Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience working in hybrid environments (on premises and cloud)
- Strong understanding of SAST, DAST, SBOM, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to define SLIs, SLOs, and manage error budgets
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare industry or regulated environment experience (HIPAA, SOX, FDA)
- Certifications: AZ 400, GCP Professional DevOps Engineer, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent
- SAFe/Agile at scale experience
- Experience with feature and version control tooling, GitHub and GitOps
- Familiarity with Power BI for operational dashboards
