The Senior SDET will review functional requirements, user stories and test assets from internal stakeholders; build automated test cases, contribute to our test pipelines, and support the maintenance of the test assets as we deliver our releases to our growing client base. Responsibilities include applying expertise in specific product areas to ensure that the product suite meets documented acceptance criteria and client quality expectations, contributing to the expansion of our automated testing capabilities and coverage, and exploring and implementing AI-assisted testing strategies to enable, enhance, and augment QE team workflows and processes through skill development and agentic workflows. The role also involves evaluating and championing AI/ML tooling (e.g. test generation, defect prediction, intelligent test selection) to improve team velocity and quality coverage, instilling QA best practices on your scrum team by collaborating on test coverage, and the ability to write tests from abstract requirements. You will provide feedback on product performance and user experience, participate in all aspects of the Agile SDLC; providing constructive feedback during grooming, retrospectives, and planning sessions, and configure and verify continuous build plans in Jenkins and SonarQube to ensure quality of code changes. Additionally, you will contribute to the review of product documentation/release notes.
