About The Position

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for handling multiple aspects of software development and support, producing high-quality work independently, and adapting agile principles to a solo development environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously, and strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and users. The developer will also be responsible for providing software demonstrations to the customer once a quarter. The position requires TS/SCI w/Poly clearance and the ability to remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.

Requirements

TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience (or 10 years of experience with AA/AS, or 12 years with HS Diploma)
Experience with Agile
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously
Versatility to handle multiple aspects of software development and support
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and users
Experience producing high-quality work independently while adapting agile principles to a solo development environment
Experience providing software demonstrations once a quarter to the customer
LINQ and entity framework Object Relationship Mapping (ORM)
