Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer software or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience with C# .NET.
  • 10+ months experience developing Connexion devices.
  • 10 years HL7 development.
  • Experience with .NET 4.8 or later.
  • 5+ years of experience of programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control.
  • Experience with AWS services.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing, and debugging tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications to current .NET versions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, observability, logging, and application monitoring.
  • Sound engineering judgment.
  • Collaboration across business, product, QA, operations, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Connexion Device coding implementation.
  • Implementing .NET C# Connexion Device code.
  • Determining correct coding solution to meet the business needs.
  • Supporting Solventum medical interface software.
  • Being part of Production on-call rotation.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, application components, and maintainable code.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce development standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production and non-production issues.
  • Optimize application performance and system integrations.
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
