About The Position

Fusion Technology is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their performance-driven team. This role involves developing and configuring customized software products and systems to meet client requirements, building and supporting specialized customizations to core asset software, and potentially managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The developer will apply their knowledge of technologies, applications, methods, processes, and tools to support clients and projects, with a heavy emphasis on Node.JS.

Requirements

Active DOD Secret Security clearance or higher.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with Node.JS (required).
Experience with Java (preferred).
Experience with Python (preferred).
Experience with SQL.
Experience with Postgres.
Experience with AWS Cloud.
Experience with Atlassian Suite.
Experience with Angular.js.
Experience with CI/CD.
Experience with XML.
Some DevOps experience in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure customized software product/system to meet client requirements.
Build and support specialized customizations to the core asset software including conversions, interfaces, enhancements, and user interface modifications.
May include end-to-end software development starting from analysis moving on to design, implementation, QA, delivery, and maintenance.
Applies knowledge of technologies (working heavily with Node.JS), applications, methods, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
