About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Software Developer for a hybrid position (minimum of 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. As a seasoned technical resource, this role involves developing, enhancing, debugging, and supporting software applications that support key business units. The position will be engaged in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies on diverse development platforms. The ideal candidate will work under minimal supervision and may provide technical direction for individual initiatives.

Requirements

• Typically requires 7 or more years of experience
• Extensive experience in backend and frontend development using a combination of the following: Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, HTML5, XML, XSLT, JSON, Spring, Camunda, Hibernate, JPA, JUnit, JMS, WebServices (SOAP and REST), .NET Framework, Quartz, WMI, Apache Web Server, Mulesoft, Active MQ, Tomcat, Angular 2+, Node, WebPack, RxJS, PrimeNG, CSS, SASS, LESS, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, CI/CD
• Experience with Application Development, Web Development, API Development, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications
• Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
• Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
• Lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
• Collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications
