Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, B2B, or high-growth environments.
  • A builder’s mindset — you can take a blank page, a business goal, and limited inputs and turn them into something exceptional.
  • Strong creative instincts, with the ability to brief designers, guide animators, collaborate with video teams, and give thoughtful creative feedback.
  • Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, comms, and leadership stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of brand building, audience growth, and engagement across professional and consumer social platforms.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to connect social performance to broader marketing and business goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort on camera or behind the lens is a big plus; short-form video experience is highly valued.
  • Based in Atlanta is a plus but not required.
  • A portfolio of standout social content — including posts, campaigns, short-form videos, event coverage, or social-first concepts.
  • Examples that demonstrate your ability to capture attention, build community, and create content people actually want to share.

Responsibilities

  • Owning Corpay’s organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Developing bold, engaging content that helps businesses understand how Corpay keeps them moving — across AP Automation, Corporate Cards, Lodging, and broader spend solutions.
  • Acting as the day-to-day owner of Corpay’s social channels, balancing long-term strategy with real-time opportunities.
  • Managing agencies and external creators, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and performance alignment.
  • Partnering closely with creative, design, video, product marketing, and communications teams to launch timely, relevant campaigns.
  • Experimenting with new and evolving formats (short-form video, motion, social-first series, event coverage, livestreams) to keep Corpay ahead of the curve.
  • Building and growing audiences intentionally — segmenting by audience cohorts, understanding behaviors, and tailoring content to resonate with each group.
  • Leveraging platform algorithms and insights to maximize reach, engagement, and downstream impact; test, learn, iterate, and optimize continuously.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and communicating performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Owning and evolving Corpay’s brand voice on social — making it clearer, sharper, more human, and more innovative across every platform.
  • Supporting paid social and amplification strategies in partnership with growth and demand teams.
