About The Position

We are excited to open the role of Senior Social Media Content Strategist and have you join our team! As our Senior Social Media Content Strategist, you won’t just manage our social media content—you’ll help to define how our livestreaming apps show up in social media forums. From viral short-form videos to can’t-miss livestream moments, you’ll turn real-time connection into stories people actually want to watch, share, and be part of. This is where strategy meets creativity at full speed. You’ll collaborate to set the vision for our Video & Social Dating business unit for social, tap into creator communities, and transform audience participation into content that drives growth, sparks conversation, and keeps our brands at the center of what’s happening right now. If you’re obsessed with internet culture, fluent in creators and trends, and excited by the idea of turning human connection into scalable, scroll-stopping storytelling—this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience creating and producing content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of platform-native formats, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills, with proven proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and native tools.
  • Experience working with livestreaming formats, creators, or social-first products, with a solid understanding of how content performs in fast-moving digital environments.
  • Ability to thrive in reactive, fast-paced settings and adapt quickly to emerging trends, cultural moments, and shifting priorities.
  • Experience in dating, social connection, or creator economy apps, with a clear sense of what resonates with audiences in these spaces.

Nice To Haves

  • You have on-camera experience or have worked in live production environments.
  • You are familiar with moderation workflows and trust & safety processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the social content strategy for livestreaming products
  • Build and execute a cohesive content strategy across all platforms, identifying trends and turning them into winning video concepts and briefs
  • Translate cultural moments, platform trends, and livestream dynamics into repeatable content frameworks
  • Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven and product-led content
  • Build social strategies that extend livestream moments beyond the stream (pre-live hype, live amplification, post-live highlights)
  • Identify high-performing live formats and convert them into scalable short-form and episodic content
  • Partner with product and talent teams to surface authentic moments, creators, and user stories
  • Define best practices for real-time engagement, interactivity, and audience participation
  • Shape creator-first content strategies that feel native, inclusive, and trust-building
  • Collaborate with creator partnerships and influencer teams on formats, briefs, and content playbooks
  • Develop frameworks for UGC, fan culture, and community-driven narratives
  • Ensure social content reinforces safe, respectful, and inclusive communities
  • Establish social best practices, tone of voice, and content standards across markets or apps.
