About The Position

Hudson Rouge is seeking a Senior Social Art Director to develop creative for Lincoln, with a primary focus on social. The role delivers creative solutions that represent the agency’s brands effectively and contributes to strong, mutually profitable client and agency relationships. The position involves originating ideas, translating them across channels, ensuring quality, collaborating across departments, and contributing to new business development and pitches. The role is based on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at the agency’s New York office.

Requirements

Outstanding portfolio showcasing social creative rooted in current culture, with a clear understanding of and passion for the social space.
Social-first thinking for luxury brands, including nimble, cost-effective content that still feels premium.
Strong conceptual abilities and an understanding of high-end production standards for luxury brands.
Desire and ability to collaborate with a small team.
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for in-house content creation and editing.
Ability to perform the listed responsibilities physically and mentally.
Ability to work onsite at the New York agency three days per week on a hybrid schedule.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automotive, luxury, or premium brands is preferred but not required.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels.
Translate ideas across TV, digital, print, experiential, and branded content, with a primary focus on social.
Ensure the quality of work meets agency and client expectations.
Work collaboratively and respectfully with all departments.
Contribute to new business development, develop ideas and creative work, and present pitches competently.
Maintain and support company standards.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
