About The Position

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer supports the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure and production systems. The role focuses on automating manual operational processes, optimizing capacity and resource use, coordinating product releases, implementing monitoring and alerting, and resolving production incidents. The engineer also configures and maintains monitoring solutions and participates in on-call rotations to help maintain system stability and uptime. The position works with software architecture, reliability, Kubernetes, and cloud hyperscalers. Dynatrace describes its work as supporting unified observability and security, and highlights collaboration with major cloud providers and work with Dynatrace Intelligence, an agentic operations system.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java.
Proficiency in at least one hyperscaler: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Curiosity and interest in working on highly scalable systems.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on Kubernetes experience is preferred.
An enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
