Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Moloco is seeking talented engineers to join their SRE team and contribute to their highly scalable and low latency platform. The team handles a massive workload of 5+ million requests per second, presenting unique challenges in terms of scalability and reliability. As a member of the SRE team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with the engineers who built the platform. The role involves leading business-aligned decisions, managing company resources, and establishing operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of SRE/DevOps development experience, a degree in Computer Science or related field, knowledge of SRE/DevOps best practices, and proficiency in tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Experience with real-time systems and cloud service providers is also desired.

• Lead the business-aligned decisions on the infra launch
• Lead the multi-team project for the infrastructure improvement
• Design & implement strategies for managing company resources in terms of reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness
• Establish and evangelize the highest level of operational excellencies
• Proactively find the risks and craft solutions to mitigate them
• 6+ years of SRE/DevOps development experience in IT-related areas
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major.
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps best practices

• Software development skills in at least one programming language.
