About the position

The job overview for this position is that Moloco is seeking a Senior New Business Manager to drive new client/advertiser development in Greater China. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new revenue-generating advertisers, as well as building and managing the business pipeline. The Senior New Business Manager will also be responsible for understanding market trends and advertiser's goals, building relationships with new customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, and travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new revenue-generating advertisers
  • Build new business pipeline and manage opportunities to achieve the Greater China strategic initiatives and revenue goal (gaming, non-gaming vertical)
  • Manage contract negotiations and liaison with the legal and finance team
  • Fully understand market trends and advertiser's marketing goals and track success metrics to help determine right solutions
  • Build, strengthen, and up-level relationships with new customers to evangelize the MOLOCO solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
  • Attend key industry events to evangelize the MOLOCO brand and our Machine Learning technology
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in performance advertising
  • Mobile and programmatic advertising experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals to close new revenue
  • Experience interfacing with customer's VP and C-level connections
  • Great negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team player and ability to adapt to a growing company
  • Critical thinking, curiosity towards online advertising, and passionate about winning
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluency in Chinese and English required
  • Travel as needed
