About The Position

This role involves managing site development projects, overseeing project budgets, schedules, design deliverables, and client relationships. The position requires a strong understanding of site planning, utilities, stormwater management, and construction documentation. The Senior Site Development Project Manager will also coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies, and manage projects independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, site development, or land development projects.
• 4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, design deliverables, and client relationships.
• Knowledge of site planning, utilities, stormwater management, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD and industry-related software.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Nice To Haves

• PE, AICP, or other relevant professional certification preferred/required as applicable.
