The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in the planning, development and project management for all Shopper Marketing and Retail Media efforts at Sprouts. The position will lead the efforts on Sprouts’ Shopper Marketing automation tool (portal), be accountable for campaign executional details as well as provide critical operational support that will ladder up to the overall financial health of the Sprouts business. While this role will primarily own the project management elements of the Shopper Marketing and Retail Media activations, this individual will also lean in where possible to assist in continuing to build external vendor relationships as well as internal ones throughout the marketing and merchandising teams. This individual will also have the opportunity to hone their strategic skill sets (ex. assisting in yearly planning) bridging ideas to executions, all while maintaining a highly organized and detailed approach. They will gain an understanding of the multi-faceted areas in Sales & Marketing that are required to support a leading, national grocery company.
