The Advanced Asset Management Program (AAMP) Manager leads a comprehensive asset management program delivering strategic value to healthcare clients. This role plays a critical part in enabling improved device availability, operational performance, and care delivery capacity across health systems. This role serves as the primary program owner within the fleet management practice, overseeing Asset Management Leaders (AMLs), driving tool development and enhancement, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring consistent program delivery across health systems. The Manager also brings subject matter expertise across asset optimization, inclusive of fleet management and PCS (patient monitoring and medical device solutions, including bedside and connected care equipment) program initiatives to support solution development and client engagements. Serving as the central hub for program knowledge, this role drives training, standardization, and continuous improvement across the program.
