About The Position

CALNET is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work on a Library of Congress contract in Washington DC. The role requires expertise in the ServiceNow Customer Service module and Angular JS framework. The candidate will work with complex, custom ServiceNow applications, automation, JSON, Python, and complex workflows and integrations. Periodic visits to the customer in Washington DC may be required. CALNET is a growing company with multiple certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI-Level III for Services, and CMMC Level 2.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen
Minimum 12+ years of demonstrated IT Experience
7+ Years of ServiceNow experience
Experience with complex, custom (Scoped) ServiceNow applications
Experience with automation of various components
Experience with JSON and Python
Must understand MARC and ONIX standards. Familiarity with ISO standards and conventions for ISBN, ISSN, ISNI
Experience with complex workflows, integrations and scripting
ITIL V3 minimum (certification must be active and verifiable)
ServiceNow Certified Admin (certification must be active and verifiable)
ServiceNow Certified Developer (certification must be active and verifiable)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (certification must be active and verifiable)
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Develop and architect solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Customer Service module.
Utilize Angular JS framework for web development.
Work with complex, custom (Scoped) ServiceNow applications.
Automate various components within ServiceNow.
Develop integrations and scripting for complex workflows.
Apply knowledge of ONIX, MARC 21, ISBN, ISSN, and ISNI standards.
