About The Position
We're hiring a Senior Service Technician for our 192-unit community. This role involves handling day-to-day repairs such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. The technician will work service tickets to keep the property in top shape and be a reliable point of contact for residents needing repairs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Live within 30 minutes of the property
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
- Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
